Cress sprouting vegetables are a well-known sprout vegetable from which both the sprout and the young leaves can be eaten. Cress contains mustard oil and tastes delicious in salads and on bread.

For growing the sprouting vegetables we have a very suitable germ dish in our range. Growing with this dish is very easy! The cress should be sprinkled over the grid in a thin layer, then you can fill the glass bowl with water to the bottom of the grill.

If necessary, replenish the water daily to the bottom of the grid. The cress can best be put away at room temperature in a fairly light place. Harvest: After about a week, the sprouts can be eaten.
