Sunflower sprouts have a delicious nutty taste. This sprout is a slightly less well-known sprout, but certainly a valuable addition because of its richness of vitamins. The sprouts can be used in salads and stir-fry dishes.

For growing the sprouting vegetables we have a very suitable germ dish in our range. Growing with this dish is very easy! The seeds should be sprinkled in a thin layer over the grid, then you can fill the glass bowl with water to the bottom of the grill.

If necessary, replenish the water daily to the bottom of the grid.
Harvest: After about a week, the sprouts can be eaten.
