Product description

Photinia fraseri ''red robin'' is a medium-sized, upright shrub with shiny elliptical to reversed ovoid leaves, which first turn red and then dark green. Photinia prefers a position in semi-shadow or sun, somewhat sheltered from inclement winds in winter and preferably not too limey soil. The plant is reasonably hardy, tolerant to sea winds and air pollution. It attracts many bees and bumblebees in spring and is also a host plant for some butterfly species.
