Product description

To measure is to know! The correct pH value of garden soil is of great importance. A pH value that is too low is in many cases the cause of problems with lawns or borders. The ECOstyle pH Soil Test can be used to test the pH value up to eight times. The test is simple and quick to perform.



By mixing soil with a tablet and distilled water, a colour similar to that on the packaging is created within minutes. The extensive leaflet can be used to read exactly how much AZ lime is needed per m2 to achieve the correct pH value.



Preparation:
For a reliable result, take several soil samples from the garden. The soil samples are taken from the top 5 to 15 cm of the soil. The soil samples collected should be well mixed. It is advisable to test the soil samples from lawn and border separately. 



Instructions for use:

Fill the test tube with 1 cm of soil from the samples taken.
Add 2 ml (2.5 cm) of distilled water.
Add the tablet, close the test tube with the supplied stopper and shake until the test tablet has dissolved.
Set the test tube aside for a few minutes until the soil has settled and the liquid takes on a clear colour.
Compare the resulting colour with the colours on the front of the packaging and determine the pH value of the soil.
