Arugula has a rather sharp and nutty taste as a sprout. The sprouts are delicious as a garnish and also good to use in salads.  

For growing the sprouting vegetables we have a very suitable germ dish in our range. Growing with this dish is very easy! The arugula seeds should be sprinkled over the grid in a thin layer, then you can fill the glass bowl with water to the bottom of the grill.

If necessary, replenish the water daily to the bottom of the grid. The Arugula is best placed at room temperature in a fairly light place. Harvest: After about a week, the sprouts can be eaten.
