Product description

The annual field margin mixture 'M2' has a positive influence on the biodiversity in and along the field margins. Such a mixture also increases the landscape value. The mixture consists of oats and barley, buckwheat, and is supplemented with various annual field flowers such as cornflower, cuckoo, bollwort, cucumber and poppy. The image that the mixture gives is reminiscent of a cultural-historical cereal field, with a flower here and there. The mixture grows quickly and continues to flower until the beginning of autumn.

Sowing: mid April-end of May.

Sowing quantity: 60 kg/ha, 6 gram/m2.

Soil: A flower mixture cannot be sown through an already overgrown border or an existing grass vegetation. This leads to poor emergence as grass and weeds are very competitive.
