Tulipa 'batalinii bronze charm' - organic flower bulb

Tulipa batalinii ‘Bronze Charm’ – compact botanical tulip

Tulipa batalinii ‘Bronze Charm’ is a charming botanical tulip known for its compact growth and warm, natural flower colour. Its elegant flowers have a beautiful bronze-yellow to soft yellow colour, creating a subtle yet highly attractive accent in the spring garden.

Growing to approximately 15–20 cm tall, ‘Bronze Charm’ remains beautifully compact. It is therefore ideal for the front of borders, rock gardens, among perennials and ornamental grasses, as well as in pots and containers. The slender flowers look particularly attractive when several bulbs are planted together.

🌷 Natural and easy to combine

Tulipa batalinii ‘Bronze Charm’ flowers in spring, generally in April. In sunny weather, the flowers open beautifully, allowing the warm colour to stand out even more.

As a botanical tulip, ‘Bronze Charm’ has a natural character and is suitable for naturalising. Under suitable conditions, it can therefore return for several years. Allow the foliage to die back naturally after flowering so that the bulb can store enough energy for the following spring.

Combine ‘Bronze Charm’ with other botanical tulips, low ornamental grasses or early-flowering perennials for a natural and colourful spring planting.

🌱 Planting advice

Plant the bulbs in autumn, preferably from September to December, as long as the soil is frost-free. Choose a sunny to partially shaded position with well-drained soil. A sunny location that does not remain too wet is ideal.

Plant the bulbs approximately 8–10 cm deep, with a spacing of around 8–10 cm. For a natural effect, plant several bulbs together.
