Growing Tips for Sweet Cherry Pepper

Sowing

• Sow indoors in February–March at 23–24°C

• Provide a warm, humid environment with sufficient light

• Some seeds require extra warmth (>25°C) to germinate

Transplanting

• Transplant seedlings when they have 3–4 true leaves

• Move outdoors or into a greenhouse after the last frost

• Bury the stem up to the first leaf to promote strong root growth

Cultivation

• Choose a sunny, well-drained, ventilated spot

• Keep soil moist and fertilize with compost or organic fertilizers

• Pinch main stem when the plant has about ten fruits to focus energy

• Pinch side shoots to two leaves after the last fruit
