Sweet Corn “Mezdi” is a semi-early maize variety producing a firm, high-quality cob. The kernels are very sweet and retain their sweetness even after harvest. Ripening occurs in approximately 100 days after sowing.

Sowing Sweet Corn “Mezdi”

• Sow in April, preferably in pots under cover, or directly outdoors in early May.

• Plant 2–3 seeds per hole, spaced 30 cm apart.

• For seedlings in pots, transplant after the last frost with 30 cm spacing between plants (70 cm between rows).
